Credits are the currency within SimpleUP Leads, used to access key features and unlock the platform's lead generation and AI capabilities. Your subscription plan determines your monthly or annual credit allotment. You can purchase additional credits in your Wallet as needed.

Credits are used when SimpleUP Leads finds and delivers a key element in your prospect's profile.

The specific number of credits used depends on the search type, AI feature, and the amount of data retrieved.

Credit Usage Breakdown by Feature:

Company Search

Credits are used only when company results with email addresses are found. You're charged one credit per company, regardless of how many individual email addresses are found for that company.

People Search

This search has a multi-tier credit usage system:

  • Tier 1 - No credits are used for the initial search.

  • Tier 2 - 3 credits are used when you add a contact to a List.

  • Tier 3 - 1 credit is used when you select a contact and click "Get Phone Numbers".

Domain Search

Uses credits the fastest. You're charged 1 credit per email retrieved for a specific website or company URL.

Influencer Search

This search has a multi-tier credit usage system:

  • Tier 1: 1 credit is used when the initial search is run.

  • Tier 2: 5 credits are used when the contact is enriched and the detailed report is generated.

AI Assistant

1 credit per action. Actions include:

  • Direct Message generation.

  • Lead Summary generation.

  • Intro generation.

  • Subject Line generation.

  • Custom prompt creation.

AI Tools

ICP Suggestions: 4 credits per generation.

This helps generate searches based on what the AI understands about your business.

Key Considerations & Clarifications

"Key Element" Defined:

A "key element" refers to contact information (like an email address or phone number), company details, social media profiles, or AI-generated content that SimpleUP Leads retrieves and delivers to you.

Data Guarantee:

SimpleUP Leads does not guarantee specific data will be returned. Credits are used for the attempt to retrieve data.

Rolling Over Credits:

Credits are rolled over each month on the anniversary of your billing date. If you want to ensure you use the credits before the anniversary day of payment, you can run searches and add those results to a List. Once the results are added to a List, they aren't removed.

Multi-Tier People Search:

To avoid Tier 2 credit usage in People Search, refrain from adding contacts to a List unless you need to save them for future reference.

AI Iterations:

Generating multiple versions of AI content (like subject lines) will consume credits for each generation.

B2B vs. B2C:

Credit costs are consistent regardless of whether you are performing B2B or B2C activities.

Ideal client profile suggestions:

Reviewing the tool's suggestions for an ideal client profile also uses credits.
